Nikki helped me achieve my goals by listening carefully and then using her experience and training to get a full understanding of what was important to me. The biggest tangible changes I've noticed since beginning the program are my weight loss and being more toned from my exercise routines. I'm cooking more at home, eating healthier whole foods and exercising more effectively which resulted in a positive feeling of well being. It's hard to describe, but it feels great.
I would describe Nikki as being very knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and fun to work with. She's a good listener and she offers suggestions that are easy to implement. I was a bit skeptical at first, however, all of her suggestions produced positive results. She has taught me a lot about healthy eating, by recommending whole food alternatives to processed foods. An example is using a red pepper to scoop up organic hummus versus crackers. It tastes good, controls weight and is better for me.
The education I've gotten from Nikki on nutrition and healthier food choices have been invaluable. Early on, she monitored my food choices and made suggestions that were easy to follow and which have worked out very well. She even provided some great recipes which I continue to enjoy preparing.
