Eat This, Not That: What’s for Breakfast?

Mornings are hard enough without having to deal with what your taste-buds want to eat, vs what your body needs.

Check out my recent segment on Fox & Friends for exact Do’s and Don’t for breakfast foods, even what to eat when on the go. Start your day off with a flat belly and more energy, without risking your health!
